At Virtue Cider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and hardware.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
