Where do you ship your cider?

We currently ship to select states within the US where direct-to-consumer alcohol sales are permitted. Please check our shipping map at checkout to see if your zip code is eligible.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all cider deliveries. The carrier will not leave the package at the door without verifying your ID.

Is Virtue Cider gluten-free?

Yes, all of our ciders are naturally gluten-free. We use 100% pressed apples and never add any ingredients containing gluten during our fermentation or aging processes.

How should I store my cider?

To maintain optimal freshness and flavor profile, we recommend storing your cider in a cool, dark place and refrigerating it before serving.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on alcohol. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your ciders sweetened with sugar?

We focus on traditional methods. Many of our ciders are dry or semi-dry, relying on the natural sugars found in the heirloom apples we press rather than added corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.
